PlantCo is an online marketplace that sources landscaping plants from trusted local growers and suppliers. We do not maintain inventory. Most products are fulfilled by our supplier network after your order is placed.

Because plants are living products, availability may change without notice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, PlantCo may:

• Offer a comparable substitute
• Delay fulfillment until inventory becomes available
• Cancel the unavailable item and issue an appropriate refund

Prices may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

PlantCo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Product availability
• Payment issues
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Delivery limitations

Delivery dates are estimates only. Unexpected weather, traffic, supplier delays, or other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Plants are living products. Size, shape, bloom, color, fullness, and appearance naturally vary. Photos are representative examples and are not guarantees of the exact plant received.

Warranty coverage is governed by PlantCo's Plant Warranty & Guarantee Policy.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, PlantCo does not accept returns on delivered plants.

PlantCo's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product where permitted by law. PlantCo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of PlantCo and may not be copied or used without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

PlantCo may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted on our website.

PlantCo currently delivers within the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area. We plan to expand into additional markets in the future.

PlantCo does not stock inventory. Every order is custom sourced from our network of trusted growers after your purchase is confirmed.

Orders are scheduled based on supplier availability and PlantCo delivery routes.

Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only.

Customers will receive updates regarding their order status whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for providing:

• An accurate delivery address
• Safe access to the property
• Any applicable gate or entry instructions

If no one is available at the time of delivery, PlantCo may leave the plants in a reasonable location at the delivery address unless otherwise instructed.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location and order.

PlantCo is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, supplier availability, traffic, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect all plants promptly after delivery. Any concerns regarding delivery damage must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

At PlantCo, we work with trusted local growers to provide healthy, high-quality plants. Because plants are living products and their survival depends on proper planting, watering, weather, and ongoing care, our warranty is limited as outlined below.

PlantCo provides a 7-Day Delivery Damage Replacement Guarantee.

This warranty applies only to plants that arrive:

• Severely damaged during delivery
• Broken due to transportation
• Dead upon arrival

Warranty claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged plant
• Photos of the entire plant
• A brief description of the issue

PlantCo may request additional information before approving a claim.

If a claim is approved, PlantCo may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the affected plant
• Issue store credit
• Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

Approved replacement plants will be delivered free with the customer's next PlantCo order.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper watering
• Improper planting
• Neglect
• Weather events
• Freeze damage
• Heat stress
• Animal damage
• Insects or disease occurring after delivery
• Damage caused after delivery
• Customer handling or installation

Because plants are living products, differences in color, shape, bloom, fullness, branching, and overall appearance are natural and are not considered defects.

PlantCo reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for warranty coverage after reviewing the submitted information.

When you upload a photo to a PlantCo product review, gallery, or any other part of our website, you grant PlantCo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that photo.

This license allows PlantCo to use your submitted photos in product galleries, on product pages, in marketing materials, in advertisements, on social media, as stock imagery, and for any other commercial or promotional purpose — without further notice, attribution, or compensation to you.

By uploading a photo, you confirm and represent that:

• You are the original creator and owner of the photo
• The photo does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable persons appearing in the photo (if applicable)
• The photo does not contain content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading

You are solely responsible for the content of any photo you submit.

PlantCo may use customer-submitted photos as stock imagery. This means your photo may be used to represent PlantCo products, services, or brand across our website, marketing channels, and promotional materials — including on other product pages where the depicted plant is similar.

PlantCo is under no obligation to use your submitted photo but reserves the right to do so at its discretion.

You will not receive any compensation for photos you submit. Submitting a photo is voluntary and constitutes your acceptance of the terms in this policy.

PlantCo reserves the right to remove, reject, or not display any submitted photo at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Once a photo has been submitted and used by PlantCo, you cannot revoke the license granted above. If you wish to request removal of a photo from active display, you may contact us; however, photos already incorporated into marketing materials or stock imagery may not be feasibly recalled.

Do not submit photos of identifiable minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If your photo includes identifiable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining their consent prior to submission.
