Question 1

Does PlantCo deliver plants to the Dallas–Fort Worth area?

Accepted Answer

Right now, PlantCo delivers to Arlington, TX and the surrounding communities — Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Kennedale, Pantego, and Dalworthington Gardens — plus every ZIP code along the I-20 corridor from Seagoville through Dallas and Lancaster, since we already drive that route to pick up plants. We're planning to expand across the greater Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex as we grow. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to you yet.

Question 2

How much does plant delivery cost in DFW?

Accepted Answer

Express Delivery is a flat $85 for 1–2 business day delivery. Scheduled Delivery is a flat $36 for our twice-monthly batch route. You can also split delivery costs with neighbors using our group delivery feature — create a group, share the link, and each participant shops independently with delivery costs divided evenly.

Question 3

How long does plant delivery take in North Texas?

Accepted Answer

You choose at checkout. Express Delivery arrives in 1–2 business days for a flat $85. Scheduled Delivery batches your order onto our twice-monthly neighborhood delivery route (the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month) for a flat $36. Either way, your plants don't sit in a shipping warehouse across the country — they arrive healthy and ready to plant.

Question 4

What's the difference between Express and Scheduled delivery?

Accepted Answer

Express Delivery gets your plants to you fastest — within 1–2 business days — for a flat $85. Scheduled Delivery is a flat $36 by joining our twice-monthly batch route: we group all Scheduled orders in your area and deliver them together on the 2nd or 4th Saturday of the month. Pick whichever fits your timeline and budget at checkout, and you can still split either option's delivery cost with neighbors using group delivery.

Question 5

What types of plants can I buy from PlantCo?

Accepted Answer

PlantCo sells a wide selection of North Texas landscaping plants including shrubs, trees, juniper and cypress, flowers, yucca and agave, grass and fern, hollies, and magnolias. All plants are sourced from local growers and selected for the DFW climate zone — clay soil, summer heat, and unpredictable winters.

Question 6

Can I split plant delivery costs with my neighbors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PlantCo's group delivery feature lets you split delivery charges with up to 6 neighbors. Create a group delivery, share the link, and each participant shops independently. The delivery cost is divided evenly among all participants as long as everyone is within 0.5 miles of the primary delivery address.

Question 7

Are PlantCo plants suited for the North Texas climate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plant PlantCo carries is selected for the North Texas climate zone — designed to thrive in DFW's clay soil, summer heat, and unpredictable winters. These are proven performers for local yards, not greenhouse imports that may not survive Texas summers.

Question 8

How is PlantCo different from buying plants at a big-box nursery?

Accepted Answer

PlantCo sources directly from North Texas wholesale growers, cutting out the retail markup in between. Every plant is hand-selected and inspected at the grower before it ships to you.

Question 9

What is your plant guarantee?

Accepted Answer

We take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants. Every plant is carefully inspected before leaving our nursery. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue. Because plants are living products and their survival depends on proper planting and care, we cannot guarantee plants after delivery.

Question 10

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Because plants are perishable, we can't accept returns of live plants once delivered -- our 24-Hour Delivery Damage Replacement Guarantee covers damaged or dead-on-arrival plants instead. Non-living products may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they've been prepared for delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Question 11

What sizes do the plants come in?

Accepted Answer

Plants are available in various container sizes (1 gallon, 3 gallon, 7 gallon, etc.). Container sizes refer to the size of the nursery container — not the exact dimensions of the plant. Check individual product pages for available sizes and pricing.

Question 12

Do you offer plant installation?

Accepted Answer

PlantCo focuses on sourcing premium plants from local growers and delivering them to your driveway. You can browse, order, and schedule delivery entirely online — we bring everything to your door so you can skip the nursery trip.

Question 13

What if a plant I ordered is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Inventory changes daily. If a plant becomes unavailable before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you to discuss a comparable substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund for the unavailable item.
